SAP-integrated solutions are the right choice both for catalogue creation and order processing.
Catalogue creation (integration of PARTS-PUBLISHER and SAP ERP or PLM)
The solutions range from semi-automated solutions with manual interventions through to fully automated solutions with which spare parts catalogues are produced at the touch of a button or also automatically from the SAP ERP or PLM system. The editorial of the catalogues can be executed in SAP or PARTS-PUBLISHER, depending on requirements. The following scenarios are possible:
- Catalogue editorial in SAP ERP
- Catalogue editorial in PARTS-PUBLISHER
In all cases the data, structures and documents in SAP are used directly for the automated catalogue creation with PARTS-PUBLISHER without duplicate data retention.
PARTS-PUBLISHER is SAP-certified and has a SAP-certified OCI interface (Open Catalogue Interface), which simplifies the connection to E-Business processes. Thanks to the existing standard interfaces, integration in SAP ERP, SAP PLM, SAP CRM, SAP SRM and SAP E-Commerce is relatively simple.

Simple connection to E-Business, E-Procure and E-Service (remote service) systems (for e.g. SAP E-Commerce, Intershop, ClickCommerce, etc.)
SAP-certified SRM interface (Supplier Relationship Management):
Easy connection to SAP SRM systems to simplify procurement processes for suppliers and customers
CoCreate MM Connector:
Standard interface which integrates CoCreate Model Manager with PARTS-PUBLISHER. This interface enables the direct creation of spare parts catalogues from CoCreate Model Manager.
Order processing (integration of PARTS-PUBLISHER and SAP E-Commerce for SAP ERP)
The solutions portfolio ranges from semi-automated solutions with manual interventions through to fully automated solutions. With the latter spare parts orders, which have been initiated online via the PARTS-PUBLISHER catalogue integrated in SAP E-Commerce, are transferred automatically to SAP ERP and further processed there. Order processing including the creation of order confirmation, delivery note and invoice is also automated in ERP.
