PARTS-PUBLISHER MOBILE enables the access to all relevant service information from your PDA online
and offline. Order-related information packages – parts lists and drawings and if required prices
and descriptive documents – are tailored for output on your PDA. The transfer of required data to the PDA
may be effected by the head office or by the field service staff. Information is
transferred by E-Mail, WLAN or via ActiveSync resp. Windows Mobile Device Center.
A PDA-optimised, intuitively operable user interface supports the fast and easy access to exactly
that spare part and service information, that is actually needed – on site of the customer,
at the machine, on the crane, underneath the truck, at any hardly accessible place.
Besides the pure catalogue function with spare part research and spare part ordering
PARTS-PUBLISHER MOBILE offers the possibility to enter notes and to report them back to the head office.
File attachments are possible. So for example repair reports as PDF and pictures as JPG may be attached
and transferred.
