PARTS-PUBLISHER consists of a database, the workbench and the viewer/browser software.
| Database |
The PARTS-PUBLISHER database bundles spare parts data
(parts lists, exploded views, photos, graphics, construction plans, prices,
descriptive documentation like manuals etc.) from various data sources
(ERP, PPS, PDM, DMS, CAD system etc.). The data can be integrated in the catalogue
database manually or via an interface directly from other data sources.
In the PARTS-PUBLISHER catalogue database the data are kept media-neutral.
|
| Workbench |
With the workbench (editing tool, production environment) you can automatically create print,
CD or Internet catalogues with the single-source method. The output of the data for print,
CD or Internet catalogues can be triggered "on demand" at the press of a button.
Thanks to extensive configuration options (without programming), individual catalogues
or information systems can be produced (machine, device or user-specific, for individual customers etc.).
|
| Viewer/Browser Software |
Your customers or employees can use the electronic
catalogues you provide with the free viewer, which you include for the users of your catalogue on CD-ROM.
It is not necessary to install the software on the end user's computer.
Insert the CD-ROM and your spare parts and service data can be displayed –
simply and without special IT knowledge. The PARTS-PUBLISHER Internet catalogues
can also be viewed installation-free. All common browser are supported.

Modular design

the exact adaptation of the software to your requirements. Regardless of what sector you work in,
and regardless of whether you're a series manufacturer, one-off producer,
system manufacturer or operator. The modular principle of our software guarantees you a need-oriented
solution that matches your budget. Expansion with individual functions is easily possible at any time.
You only pay for the functions you really need. Scaleability is guaranteed!
Maximum configurability
The catalogue system can be individually configured with just a few mouse
clicks and without a knowledge of programming. And that means you can tailor your catalogues -
regardless of whether it's print, CD or Internet - exactly to the needs
of your catalogue users. Any desired number of catalogue configurations
(layout, languages, contents etc.) can be created and called up as required. Configurations
(templates) can be repeatedly used, changed and saved under a new name.
You produce machine, order or customer-specific information and catalogues at the press of a button!
Standardised interfaces
These enable simple connection to ERP, PPS, PDM, CRM, logistics or e-business systems.
Data changes in the leading system (e.g. ERP system) take effect directly in all media produced.
For example, connections to SAP R/3, Agile, Navision, PSI PENTA, SAP Online Store,
SAP Internet Sales, mySAP CRM and ClickCommerce are realised several times over.
We'll be happy to supply you with references. Easy integration in an existing or planned IT environment!
