Your Duties and Responsibilities include:

- Personally responsible for the implementation of projects to rollout
the spare parts catalogue software PARTS-PUBLISHER at our customers
(installation, integration, configuration and trainings throughout Europe)
- Technical advice for interested parties and customers (on site and telephonically)
- Installation, configuration and startup of our software solutions
- Conduct customer specific training
- Conduct analysis workshops to determine the requirements for planning concept accomplishment and specification for software expansion and upgrading
- Support the sales department (e.g. customer presentations, technical explanations and the creation of sample solutions)

The Job Requirements include:
|
- Several years’ experience as an applications consultant including the implementation of challenging projects
- Ideally, experience in the area of documentation CAD, SAP interface connections
- Experience in the introduction and training of complex software systems
- English and French fluent in spoken and written and a good proficiency in German
- Sales conceptualisation
- Should be domicile in France or Belgium and be willing to travel Europe wide
